This policy explains how clickbrick™, operated by Clickbrick LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("the studio," "we," "us"), handles your information. Clickbrick LLC is the controller of the information described below.

1. Information we collect.

  • Order information: name, email, shipping address and order details you provide at checkout, and the version of our policies you accepted.
  • Compositions and commissions: the photograph you upload and anything you write with it. We keep the photograph and the compositions and proposals made from it for as long as needed to show them to you, to fulfil an order, and to support it; you can ask us to delete them at any time. We store what you wrote alongside the composition it produced so we can improve how the studio composes (which subjects work, which palettes to expand); if you have signed in, we associate it with your account so we can recognise repeat use and answer support.
  • Artists and rooms: if the studio invites you or you apply for a room - your name or working name, the links you give us, the originals or design files (.ldr / .io) and build notes you submit, your messages to the studio, and the records of what you attested and signed, including the version, the time and the network address they were made from. A room is public by design: your handle, the works shown under it and their listings are visible to everyone.
  • Payment and payouts:buyers' payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits of a card) and never store full card numbers. Artists are paid through Stripe Connect: Stripe collects the identity and tax information the law requires directly from you under its own terms; the studio receives only whether your account is ready to be paid.
  • Usage information: basic analytics about how you use the site (pages visited, device and browser type), collected automatically, with a first-party identifier stored in your browser so we can recognise return visits to our own site; we do not use it to track you across other websites. On the photograph page we may record how visitors interact with the page (clicks and scrolling) to improve it; your photograph, your composition and anything you type are always masked and never captured.

2. How we use it. To make compositions and proposals, fulfil and ship orders, process payments and payouts, review and list artists' work, send order-related and (if you opt in) studio emails, provide support, keep the records the law and our agreements require, and improve the service.

3. Analysis of submitted work. As a standard, disclosed term of the artist attestation, the studio may analyse the files and originals artists submit to improve how it composes, verifies and builds work - for example, which part combinations seat cleanly and how designs translate to a buildable piece. We never sell submitted files or originals, never share them with third parties for their own purposes, and never show unreleased work publicly without the artist's sign-off.

4. How we share it. Only with service providers who help us operate, under their own terms: payment and payouts (Stripe), image processing (OpenAI - your photograph is screened and processed to compose it in brick and, under our API agreement, is not used to train their models), rendering and computation (Modal), storage and hosting (Amazon Web Services and Vercel), build-book printing (Doxzoo - shipping details only), email delivery (Resend), and analytics (PostHog). We share limited advertising events (for example, that a composition was made or an order was placed) with Meta for ad measurement, using hashed identifiers rather than raw personal details. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, and we share what an agreement requires with the artist whose work you bought (the fact of the sale and its settlement, never your address or payment details).

5. Uploaded images and files. Photographs, originals and design files are used to compose, verify, produce and support the work they relate to. We retain them as long as that work is listed, in production, or under warranty, and as long as an agreement or the law requires. We do not sell them or share them for third-party marketing.

6. Your choices. You can unsubscribe from studio emails at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing studio@clickbrick.studio; we honour deletion except where a record must be kept for an order, an agreement, tax or law. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we honour those too.

7. Data security. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information - encrypted transport, access limited to what the studio needs, providers bound by their own security terms - but no system is perfectly secure.

8. Children. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Versions and changes. This policy is versioned; the version in force when you gave us information governs it, and we record which version you accepted at checkout or signing. We may publish a new version at any time.
