This policy explains how Clickbrick ("we," "us") handles your information.

1. Information we collect.

Order information: name, email, shipping address, and order details you provide at checkout.
Content you submit: text prompts and images you upload to generate your mosaic.
Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits of your card); we do not store full card numbers.
Usage information: basic analytics about how you use the site (pages visited, device/browser type), collected automatically.

2. How we use it. To create and fulfill your order, process payment, send order-related and (if you opt in) marketing emails, provide support, and improve our service.

3. How we share it. We share information only as needed with service providers who help us operate: payment processing (Stripe), printing and fulfillment (Printful), email delivery (Resend), and hosting/infrastructure. These providers handle your data under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Uploaded images. Images you upload are used to generate and produce your order. We may retain them as needed to fulfill and support your order. We do not sell or share your uploaded images for third-party marketing.

5. Your choices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing studio@clickbrick.studio. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

6. Data security. We use reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes.We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
