Terms of Service

Last updated: May 31, 2026

Welcome to Clickbrick ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing clickbrick.studio or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell. Clickbrick creates custom brick-style mosaic art. You provide a text prompt or upload an image; we generate an original mosaic design, render it as photoreal artwork, and print and frame it on archival paper for delivery to you. You are purchasing a finished, framed printed poster — not physical bricks, a building kit, or a digital file.

2. Custom, made-to-order products. Each piece is generated and produced specifically for your order. Production begins after purchase.

3. Your content and conduct.By submitting a prompt or uploading an image, you confirm you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and is not unlawful, infringing, or offensive. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to produce your order. We may decline or cancel any order whose content we believe violates these Terms or any third party's rights.

4. Intellectual property. The Clickbrick name, website, designs, and software are our property. The artwork rendered for your order is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use upon purchase.

5. Pricing and payment. Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Shipping. We ship to addresses you provide. Estimated delivery is approximately one week within the US; times vary. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7. Returns and remakes. See our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers. The site and products are provided "as is." We make no warranty that generated designs will meet your subjective expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
