Refund & Remake Policy

Every Clickbrick piece is custom-made to order, so we handle returns a little differently than off-the-shelf products.
1. Our remake promise.If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing or framing error, we'll remake and reship it at no cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at studio@clickbrick.studio with your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. Satisfaction.Because each design is uniquely generated for you, we want you to be happy with it. If you're not satisfied with how your piece turned out, reach out — we'll work with you to make it right, which may include a re-render or remake.
3. Custom-product returns. As custom, made-to-order items, our products are generally not eligible for return or refund for reasons other than damage, defect, or our error (for example, ordering the wrong size, a change of mind, or a typo in your prompt). Please review your design and order details before purchasing.
4. Order changes and cancellations. Because production begins shortly after purchase, contact us as soon as possible at studio@clickbrick.studio if you need to change or cancel an order. We'll accommodate changes if production hasn't started.
5. Shipping issues.If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help resolve it with the carrier or reship.
