Refund & Remake Policy
Version 3 · draft, pending sign-off · version 2 (July 21, 2026) remains in force
clickbrick™ sells two kinds of object, and they are treated differently because they are made differently: a commission kit, which is made to your order and built by you, and a work from the collection, which already exists - built by the studio's hand, or by the artist's own - and ships assembled. Which one you bought is stated on your order.
Commission kits (built by you)
1. Cancelling: the first 24 hours. You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase - email studio@clickbrick.studio with your order number. After 24 hours the genuine LEGO® bricks your piece needs have been purchased for your order and production is underway.
2. After that, your kit is truly custom. Its bricks are bought per order and cannot be restocked, and its build book is printed for your piece alone. Once production begins, a kit is not eligible for refund for reasons other than damage, defect, or our error - that includes a change of mind, the wrong size, or a mistake in what you sent us. Your composition and proposal show exactly what will be built; please review them before purchasing.
3. Our remake promise. If your kit arrives damaged, with missing or incorrect pieces, or with a printing error in the build book, we make it right at no cost - replacement parts, a reprinted book, or a full remake, whatever the problem calls for. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Works from the collection (arrive assembled)
4. Before it ships, you may cancel. A work is dispatched from the studio's US node; until it has been handed to the carrier you may cancel for a full refund by email with your order number.
5. Once it ships, the sale is final. A work from the collection is a finished, hand-built object - unique, or one of a numbered edition that never reopens. It is not returnable for a change of mind, and it is not exchangeable. This is stated on every work's listing before you buy.
6. Your inspection window: 7 days. Every work ships insured, and the studio - never you - carries the risk until it is delivered. Within 7 days of delivery, tell us if the work arrived damaged, is missing anything, or is not what its listing described, with photographs of the piece and its packaging. We will repair, remake, or refund in full - the studio decides which, in consultation with you and with the artist where the work is theirs. You never deal with a carrier or an insurer: the studio makes you whole first and settles its own claim on its own time. After the window closes, the sale settles and the artist is paid.
7. If it never arrives. A work lost in transit is reshipped where a remake is possible, or refunded in full where it is not (a unique work cannot be remade). Either way you are not left waiting on a claim.
Everything we sell
8. Our on-time promise. We state a delivery window when you order. If we cannot ship within it, we tell you promptly and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund - your call.
9. Refunds. Refunds go to the original payment method and are issued once our decision is made; your bank may take longer to post them.
10. How to reach us. studio@clickbrick.studio - include your order number.
