A room of your ownFor artists

An image

You made the original. The studio composes it in brick by hand, shows you every render until you both sign off, then builds and sells the finished work under your name.

The five steps

The original
You send it and confirm you made it, or hold its licence in writing.
The renders
The studio composes the work - material chosen, depth derived - and shows you every render. Nothing goes public without your sign-off.
The price
The studio's cost is shown as one number; you price above it and set the cap. It lists in your room.
The build
A buyer pays the studio, plus delivery. The studio builds it by hand, certifies it, and ships it insured.
The payment
After the buyer's inspection window closes, your share is paid through Stripe.

The share

The studio's cost - bricks, build labour, frame, packing, processing, and its margin - is shown to you as one number before you price. You receive the list price minus that number on every sale. You keep copyright of the original, always.

The sign-off

Every render
Yours to approve before anyone else sees it.
The hand
The composition is the studio's: material chosen, depth derived, a build made for that one piece.
No agreement
When you and the studio do not agree on a render, nothing lists and nothing is owed either way.

The door

Four questions. The studio reads every application; the answer lands in your inbox. The four terms every room turns on are on the rooms page.
