For artists

A room of your own

Your work, shown and sold under your name. The studio builds, certifies, insures and ships it; your share is stated before anything lists.

Every edition ships built, on its cleat. The kit exists on one door only: your photograph.

What it is
Your work as a numbered edition in brick, sold on this site under your name.
What you get
The list price minus the studio's number, paid within seven days of delivery.
What you do
Approve the piece, settle the price with the studio, tell your people.

What you bring

The four terms

A real name
your own, or the one you work under, with one link that shows it is you
Your rights
you made the original, or hold its licence in writing - attested per work
Proven
nothing lists on a picture alone
Capped
a run is capped before it opens - at one, at ten, at any number - and never reopens

The share

The studio keeps what the sale cost it, and states that number before anything lists - one number per way in, on your size, in the studio's reply to your application. The price is set with you, above it; the rest is yours, paid through Stripe within seven days after the buyer's inspection window closes. You keep copyright, and you sell anywhere else you like.

What the studio carries

Payment, insurance, packing, delivery, and the guarantee behind every shipment. The buyer deals with the studio, never with you; a failed build, a transit loss, a refund is the studio's risk, never yours.

The door

By invitation. Most rooms open through someone already in one; if that is you, the four questions take five minutes, and the studio's reply comes within a week, with your number.
